Fight The Hypo is written and managed by a group of third-year evening law students at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. We’re a law school blog. We blog about life, law school and anything else that can distract us during class. But from time-to-time we’ll change it up on you and write about wine or restaurants or sports or family.

Fight the Hypo’s Editor is Derek Karchner who blogs under the nom de plume “Casebook Sherpa.” Derek works full-time in a non-legal profession – at a wonderful small, full-service public relations firm in the DC area. A part-time law student, he has been a published staff member on a law journal and is currently serving as an editor on that journal.
